The questions you ask should allow the manager to discuss such topics as the challenges of managing personnel and assigning tasks, the challenges of recruitment, the importance of ongoing professional development and training, and change management as a part of the organizing function.
I will assign approximately four interview questions that you must ask. You will be required to add an additional three questions.
The final paper should be between four and five pages, double-spaced; with a cover page that includes the manager’s name, title, and a brief history of his or her management experience and education. The paper should not simply be a transcription of the interview. Analyze the interview responses given what you are learning in the course.
